The Land Team consists of four experienced, full-time advisors who specialize in site acquisitions and sales. We identify and acquire sites based on the specific requirements of each client, offering expertise in office, industrial, warehouse distribution, flex, retail, residential and 1031 Exchange site selection. We believe in taking a proactive rather than a reactive approach. We maintain an extensive database of parcels and land owners throughout the region. When assisting in site selection, we will comb the area to identify the best potential opportunities, regardless of whether or not the properties are being actively marketed. Based upon the specific project, the Grubb & Ellis|Thomas Linderman Graham Land Team provides demographics and investigates environmental issues, land planning, rezoning and site plan approvals.
